"Diana has tremendously helped me before my races and after. I am a marathon runner and its crucial I get a message that can get deep in the muscles after a race. Before a race a gentle message to get the muscles ready and relax. She does it all; I just let her know what I want. She accommodates my schedule, and she is wonderful!!"
